Account Executive / Senior Account Executive (Permanent Role)

 The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive is a key contributor, supporting the Advertising Management Team in planning and implementation. You will have a good comprehension of the role of advertising in the overall communications mix. You have a good eye for detail, are organized in nature and are mindful of timelines. You work well as part of a larger team (that brings multi-disciplinary communications touchpoints in the process) and are a keen learner. The scope:

• This role is a centralized resource and workflow administrator for creative advertising activities.
• Ensures creative and production workflow timelines within internal teams are met as stipulated in the briefs
• Ensures a high level of quality control to deliver error-free output on time and within budget
• Organizes and disseminates reports (work-in-progress / contact reports) in a timely manner
• Is responsible for administering all work processes, tracking Clients’ own and competitive activities in major media avenues
• Contributes to operational improvements to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow
• Participates actively in status meetings
• Co-ordinates with Media Partners and/or Owners with regards to media booking, the extension of material deadlines, and media owners’ copy vetting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Basic understanding of Print advertising production mechanics and logistics
- Know-how in process of executing marketing communications programs, working towards the budget, liaising with vendors, and the ability to prioritize when under pressure
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office
- Advertising/design agency experience preferred
- Languages: Written and spoken proficiency in English and simple Mandarin is mandatory.
