Job Description

Content Marketer

You will have a solid hands-on experience of the overall brand social media strategy across various social media channels and touchpoints. You will play a key role in creating buzzworthy and relevant content for the various social channels. You will work closely with the founder to ensure consistency in designing and implementing content strategies across all marketing platforms 



Responsibilities:

  • Support content planning, strategising and storytelling framework across all marketing channels
  • Design digital content strategies and implement appropriate creative advertising strategies/directions across different platforms 
  • Collaborate closely with internal pillars, functions and country teams to develop social content and strategies for all social channels.
  • Support campaign launch plans around key stories and content for the brand social platforms.
  • Create data-centric strategy to elevate brand’s social presence and communication on organic social channels.
  • Ensure that all visuals are aligned with digital content strategies to convey and meet key marketing objectives across all online platforms
  • Support all brand/marketing visuals including EDMs, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure content meets brand expectation.
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns



Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A passion for marketing and creative storytelling with a strong consumer instinct
  • An eye for the latest and most relevant social trends locally and globally
  • A creative visual creator with a penchant for impactful brand storytelling
  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape as well as the BBCommunity and their lifestyle.
  • A genuine passion and interest in BloomBack’s brand and mission 
  • Extreme ownership as well as a mission-first and performance-driven mindset.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, must be able to think and act quickly with changing demands.
  • An independent problem solver and ability to think out of the box with scalable, sustainable yet cost-effective solutions.
  • A strong and highly creative thinker with the ability to multitask
