BloomBack – Marketing Designer

As a designer in our creative and marketing team, you will work closely with the founder to ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all online and offline channels. You will be an integral part of visualizing and creating graphics that will inspire and capture the attention of our target audience. 

Responsibilities

• Editing of graphics and videos using software such as photoshop and illustrator
• Ensure that all marketing visuals are aligned with brand aesthetics, including use of typography and colours
• Design and implement creative marketing strategies/directions
• Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
• Manage and elevate social media experience and visuals
• Liaise with agencies in terms of ensuring visual work is aligned with branding
• Conceptualize and produce all brand/marketing visuals including, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure design meets brand expectations while hitting business objectives 
• Product photography and videography
• Product styling

Job Requirements

• A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent, with strong portfolio and style
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Premier Pro, some knowledge in After Effects
• A great eye for colour, style, and trends 
• An affinity for typography, illustrations, patterns, designs, materials
• A keen eye for details and aesthetics
• A thinking and solutions-driven design ethic
• Detail oriented and conscientious, pro-active, able to show initiative and ideas
• Be a team player that is communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
• Highly committed and have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Able to work independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to meet timelines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in being part of making a difference
