Blossomsfood Pte Ltd was setup as a family orientated business. Our main core business is supplying groceries and cleaning items to Childcare centres. We are basically a 1 stop provider for the centres, from dry goods, frozen meats, fresh vegetables and other perishable food, together with some cleaning chemicals for them.
We have currently over 300 active childcare centres as our customer and looking to expand further to provide more services to our children, currently underway is setting up a new ticketing platform and enhancing our own backend system to improve productivity.
We are also a company that believes in people’s talent and strength. We are always hiring, looking for the right people for key appointments, so that we can grow and expand into new horizon and frontier.
Our operations run almost 24hrs a day, except some weekends and public holidays. Operations is a key component of our company, although we supply groceries, we must link up with various partners to organise their delivery timing, just to suit our delivery time, starting at 7am, which will last till almost 5pm.
- Responsible for all queries received via email and corporate phone
- Provide timely updates to customers for correspondence and emails received
- Maintaining service and operational standards
- Support our online customer portal, including handling enquiries and assessing potential improvement areas
- Handling of customers' enquiries; complaints, etc...
- Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Develop professional rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
