We are currently looking for a Asset Management Engineer to be based in Singapore with the following requirements:

Job Description
  • Analyses operational data for Solar Assets
  • Manage and maintain for the Asset Management team all relevant software systems in corporation with IT (CMMS, AM software, remote monitoring software)
  • Technical Asset Management for various Blueleaf Energy and 3rd party solar assets
    • Controlling of local O&M contractors
    • Technical performance report generation
  • Commercial Asset Management for various Blueleaf Energy and 3rd party solar assets
  • Client Management to maintain positive relationships (owners of solar assets and other 3rd party clients who perform services for solar assets and outsource their services to Blueleaf Energy)
  • Vendor Management for all relevant vendors across the Blueleaf Energy Asset Management portfolio to achieve lowest cost and highest service levels (O&M contractor, Accounting contractor, Tax contractor, company secretarial services contractor, insurance provider, hardware supplier, software supplier)
  • Works closely with internal departments (Legal, Finance, C&I, DEV) to optimize power generation at sites, thereby generating return on investment for the owner of the solar assets.
  • Ensures compliance with local HSE and work qualification regulations and procedures, including review of new work instructions and modifications.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics). Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Prior work experience in Operations & Maintenance, After Sales, product knowledge in Solar industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS Excel, MS Power Point
  • Experience in monitoring and maintenance software system is an advantage
  • Hands-on, analytical, experienced in trouble-shooting and problem resolution
  • Initiative, adaptability, and able to communicate effectively
  • High customer orientation and ability to engage and influence clients positively
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, especially in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Working proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
  • Highly disciplined and set high standards for self and others
  • Interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Willing and able to travel within Asia Pacific
