BlueSG members will have access to a network of shared electric Bluecar vehicles, 24/7, at self-service stations located in public housing, city center and commercial estates around Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services and memberships
• Resolve customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback
• Assist with membership enrollment process
• Provide remote technical assistance to customers
Key Requirements:
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to the customers
• Able to work on Morning and Afternoon shift (including weekdays and weekends)
• Immediate starter, able to commit for at least 3 months
