About the Role
We are looking for an intern to join our Customer Success team team, delivering the best experience to our growing customer base in Singapore and the wider APAC region. With the guidance of our founders and Customer Success Manager, you will be directly involved in handling and supporting the onboarding of business users in the F&B and hospitality SMB and mid-market segment.
Working closely with the founders in this small, close-knit team you are customer-obsessed, have a knack for building relationships, and above all are an efficient operator that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our team fosters a culture of open communication, cross-functional teamwork and a strong sense of ownership. This means you will have a lot of autonomy, learn a lot and have the support of a collaborative team behind you!
What you’ll do
Help with user onboarding tasks and provide basic user support
Troubleshoot ad hoc issues as and when they arise
Work with the company’s Growth, Customer Success and Operations teams and provide support to their queries
Consistent communication to resolve ad-hoc issues via Slack, Email, WhatsApp and verbally
Develop knowledge base content as and when required
About you
Background of studies or experience in the Accounting / Finance / Economics / Engineering / Communications field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite Tools is required
Youre technology savvy and pick things up quickly
A growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve and supercharge your skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, you’re comfortable striking up a conversation with anyone
Knowledge of finance, back-office admin or hospitality tech & operations preferred but not essential
A genuine passion for bringing solutions to customer problems; we are transforming the way SMBs do business and want to work exclusively with individuals who love bringing joy to our users!

Nice to Haves
High growth or early-stage start-up experience
Experienced in customer support with B2B SaaS or similar technology
Knowledge of Accounting / Bookkeeping / Finance is a plus
