Job Description

About the role

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Product Marketing Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, storytelling, and digital media, with a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

 

What you’ll do

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including datasheets, brochures, and website content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, including messaging, promotions, and sales enablement.
  • Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling the product.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help the sales team address customer objections and close deals.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Work with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Work closely with product management to understand product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.

 

Who you are

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or project experience in content creation or social media management is a plus.
