Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face and voice of BlueTree Education. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our parents and students have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a love for helping others, we’d love to have you on our team!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, professional, and helpful experience to parents, students, and visitors via phone/ WHATSAPP, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Enquiries Management: Address inquiries about courses, schedules, and other services promptly and accurately.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with class scheduling, enrollment processes, and maintaining student records.
  • Problem Solving: Handle complaints or issues efficiently and work closely with the team to provide swift resolutions.
  • Promotional Assistance: Support marketing efforts by sharing promotional materials and providing insights based on customer feedback.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents and students to help improve our services and maintain high satisfaction levels.

    • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, but also able to work independently.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems is an advantage.
