We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face and voice of BlueTree Education. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our parents and students have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a love for helping others, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, professional, and helpful experience to parents, students, and visitors via phone/ WHATSAPP, email, and in-person interactions.
- Enquiries Management: Address inquiries about courses, schedules, and other services promptly and accurately.
- Administrative Support: Assist with class scheduling, enrollment processes, and maintaining student records.
- Problem Solving: Handle complaints or issues efficiently and work closely with the team to provide swift resolutions.
- Promotional Assistance: Support marketing efforts by sharing promotional materials and providing insights based on customer feedback.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents and students to help improve our services and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. (Other languages are a bonus!)
- Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem Solver: You think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence and empathy.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, but also able to work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems is an advantage.
