HR & Admin Intern
Work location: Singapore
General Description:
As the HR & Admin Intern, you will be responsible to assist Human Resource and Operations performance by HR related, Administration and Office Management, also quotation/reports/invoices when needed. It will be great opportunity for you to gain and access the professional working environment and company operations, and a chance to work with a group of passionate, energetic, creative and professional team!
Main Responsibilities may include:
- Assist HR team to be more effective including fulfil massive hiring, training, joining procedure, company activities, website, people’s benefit, files management etc;
- Responsible for the office management and administration matters;
- Help build and maintain the dynamic and unique company culture;
- Proactively help to solve problems;
- Working with other team members to increase value.
Requirements:
- Great coordination & organization skills.
- Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team.
- Proactiveness to solve problems.
- Quick learner.
- Detail and result oriented.
- English and Chinese proficiency are essential.
