Job Description

General Description:

As the HR Intern, you will be responsible to assist Human Resource operations, Customer Service, Administration and Office Management, also quotation/reports/invoices when needed. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn and access the professional working environment and company operations, and a chance to work with a group of passionate, energetic, creative and professional team!

Main Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist Head of HR to be more effective including filtering hiring, training, joining procedure, company activities, files management etc.
  • Support the office management and administration
  • Follow up service ticket and coordinate troubleshooting for clients in system
  • Assist Account Managers to prepare quotations, generate reports, follow up invoices, documentation management.
  • Proactively help to solve problems
  • Working with other team members to increase value

Requirements:

  • Great coordination &organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team.
  • Proactiveness to solve problems.
  • Quick learner
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Good English communication skills
