Singapore is the location of the headquarter for the BMW Group Asia which steers the business of the BMW Group in the entire region Asia Pacific including exiting & diverse markets like India, Australia, Japan & Korea. Currently, the regional office is looking for an intern to support the regional sale office for the Asia Pacific Region.
- Support of the sales area team & the head of the Singapore office
- Organization of weekly sales steering meetings & video conferences with CEOs & first liners of BMW Group markets in the Asia Pacific Region
- Planning & execution of travel activities for the area management staff & the senior management head of Region Asia Pacific
- Creation of presentations, charts and any required decks/materials for market strategy & board meetings
- Booking and organizing out of conferences, workshops and meetings
- Consolidation of reports and documents from the various APAC markets
- Filing, organizing, archiving of documents
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
- Candidates pursuing a degree in Business Administration
Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.
- Strong interdisciplinary & international character
- Customer-centric; to understand the needs & expectations of customers
- High analytical & performance skills
