BNBC Pte Ltd – Client Servicing / TeleSecretary (Telecommute)

We are an investment holdings company incorporated under the Singapore Companies Act. We are hiring for various positions for our affiliates and subsidiaries. Due to the current situation, we are hiring for Telecommuting Positions 

1) Clientele Servicing Officer ($2500 to $3000)

• Minimum a degree or a diploma in any discipline
• Jobscope will involve meeting up with clients over electronic platforms and preparing presentations for the clients to understand about our companies products and services
• Explaining to the clients on the features of the products/services
• Follow up with client through email/phone calls regularly to maintain relationship 
• To assist clients in the upgrade of their existing plan over a business presentation online
• Clients list are provided and therefore, no experience required

2) Telesecretary ($7 to $12/hour)

• You will report to work on an electronic platform and communicate with the supervisor over webcam
• You will be given access to an electronic platform to contact clients. Conversations will be recorded via the platform on cloud
• You are supposed to explain to clients features and gather interests of the clients to enhance their existing products
• Basic hourly rate given + Telecommute from Home
• Flexible hours 
• Disciplined, motivated and hardworking workers only; no experience required as training will be provided 

3) Internship opportunities ($500 to $800) 

• Interns will be trained during the internship period over an online platform, which may later transform into face to face setting depending on how the current situation evolves and whether green light has been given by the relevant authorities 
• Interns will be trained in areas of Business, Law, Risk Management process and Investment of Unit trusts
• Trainers will include Fund Managers, Risk Analysts, Lawyers and etc
• Suitable for fresh diploma/A levels 
• Certifications will be endorsed upon successful completion of internship
