Pre-requisites:
1) ORD Personnel with Diploma attained welcome (Sept/Oct batch may apply first)
2) Diploma holders welcome
3) Undergrads pursuing part time studies may apply

5) No experience needed for all positions listed as training will be provided

a) Personal Assistant ( 12 vacancies to support Managers 3 vacancies to support director)
Responsibilities typically include:
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- organizing events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
b) Investment Junior Assistants (25 vacancies)
- Trained in Exchange Traded Funds
- Trained in Forex
- Handle customers funds and manage AUM through the recommend funds/trusts
- Liaise with lawyers for will setting purposes
- Monitor funds performances periodically
c) Accounts Assistants (10 vacancies)
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
d) Team leader (fresh ORD with commanding experience in army will be considered favourably)
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
