1) CMFAS COACH
2) MORTGAGE ADVISER
CMFAS Coach
Coach can be undergrads/part timers so long as they have good understanding on the subjects in various CMFAS Papers . They are in charge of conduct classes to a class of 10-15 (or more) and specialize in one (or more) papers which will be further discussed. Of course, the more papers the candidate is competent of coaching, the more number of classes we will be able to allocate. Candidates must have at least passed one of the following papers:
1) M4
2) M5
3) M8
4) M6
5) M9
Mortgage Adviser
Candidates are supposed to exhibit strong interests in areas of banking and finance and understanding financial ratios of individuals which include TDSR, Debt to Service Ratio and etc. Candidates are also advising to clients on Libor/Sibor rates by interacting with the bankers on a daily basis to derive the most competitive rates for clients. Interns/Full time positions available
Marketing Project Assistant
Candidates are likely to pursue marketing as one of their electives and exhibit strong interests in the areas of Marketing/digital marketing/youtube marketing/social media marketing and etc. Candidates are supposed to reach out to public on our events on a weekly or monthly basis which include arts competition, story telling competition and etc
