Job Description

We are looking for a Morning Shift permanent part-timer, or someone who can commit to at least 6 months. Applicants able to commit to permanent part-time will be given preference over shorter-contract applicants.

Requirements:

  • Extroverted, with good interpersonal skills, likes to interact with people
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin (as our clientele are largely conversant in either of these languages)
  • Organised, conscientious, and task-oriented
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Interest in sports and fitness is a plus
  • Experience in marketing or PR is a bonus

Individuals who enjoy fitness and active lifestyles will surely enjoy our working environment, as staff are welcome to observe and participate in classes!

The tasks you will be expected to take on are:

  • Registration/front counter (greet clients, handle payments and sales transactions, handle client/service queries)
  • Appointment & schedule management (coordinate client appointments and staff schedules)
  • Administrative & clerical duties (miscellaneous administrative tasks such as replying to emails, taking/making calls, assisting with paperwork and orders, etc)

On-the-job training to use our system software/payment terminals, etc will be provided.
