Boltray Pte. Ltd. – Game Publishing Intern

Duties & Responsibilities include:

1.Supporting on all community comms for assigned titles, from overall strategy to final deliverables. Scale up social media reach, engagement, and conversion to drive measurable results.

2.Support social strategy and implement tried and tested tactics to tailor and maximize audience growth and impact of our content

3.Manage social media calendars, ensure that they support the wider comms plan across other owned, paid or earned media

4.Manage day-to-day running of social channels (not limited to Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Discord)

5.Create innovative and engaging posts that stay on trend 

6.Being reactive and proactive across direct-to-customer platforms like discord and other customer service channels (i.e. Steam)

7.Support creating additional editorial content across Steam News and owned websites, making sure it’s populated with relevant content

What we want from you:

1. 0-2 years’ experience running and growing social channels and delivering community programs

2. Passionate about games, with knowledge across all platforms and a passion for indie gaming, able to talk direct to fans

3. Growth marketer at heart, you understand how to create viral growth through evolving social content

4. Some experience with streaming: ideally you have experimented with streaming or have set-up and managed streams

5. Capable in Adobe package software, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator. Ideally experience working directly with online communities, responding to their issues and reporting back to the wider team

6. Flexibility in supporting launches and updates outside normal hours, including emergency communications as required
