BOMAG in APAC has been established since 1977 and has its’ headquarters in Singapore. For our market expansion plans in the APAC region, we are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Team.

Job Description

About the Marketing Intern Role: 

Providing support to BOMAG APAC's Marketing Team in their marketing initiatives. This includes helping to generate compelling content for diverse marketing channels such as social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Additionally, collaborate with the content team to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards. You may also be assigned other duties and projects by the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in day-to-day execution of tasks for owned digital channels (website, social and online marketing).
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team and relevant business units to drive campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to new content ideas/formats for eDM, Social Media and events.
  • Assist in increasing online presence derived from social media and content insights/trends.
  • Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and work requests
  • Assist in conducting market research on trends, competitor insights, brand audiences etc.
  • Event Coordination, support the planning and execution of events, both online and offline.
  • Coordinate logistics and assist with promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

  • ITE / Poly / University students in Marketing-related may apply
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Fluent in conversational English
  • Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision)
  • Able to commit minimum 3 months
  • Strong communication and written skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment within a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required.
  • Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset to propose sound recommendations to the team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge in CSS is a plus.
  • Interns with good performance may be considered for full-time positions.
    Content Creation:
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality.
