Responsibilities:
Be in charge of analysing conversion funnels and generating improvement ideas to increase the conversion rates.
Report to management and see your improvements go online and be seen by thousands of people. You’ll also have a chance to discuss with the Design and Engineering teams directly.
Be in charge of coming up with AB test ideas to test your assumptions and improve the conversion rate.
Requirements:
- Good with numbers and ability to make inferences from raw data.
- Structured and ability to focus on task
- Ability to learn a huge amount of new concepts and ideas in a very short time.
- Self-starter and hungry to learn every day.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, MixPanel, and Optimizely a plus
- Knowledge of Javascript and jQuery a plus
