Bondee – Product Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and user surveys to identify user needs and market trends
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, marketing) to define and develop new features
• Create product road-maps and strategic plans to ensure timely delivery of new features
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) that clearly describe feature specifications and user experience
• Perform competitive analysis to ensure our product remains competitive in the market
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Manage the release plans and promotional strategies for new features

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Deep understanding of user experience and user interface design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Innovative mindset and self-motivation, able to work in a fast-paced environment
