Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall function of both our Live and Digital events.
  • Plan and deliver digital events from concept to execution, including identifying the right format / platform for the event.
  • Event administrative responsibilities (production of invitations, nametags, place and table seating cards, menu cards as well as collation of marketing collateral for the events)
  • Manage and coordinate pre-event speakers and sponsors.
  • On site event delivery with travel throughout the Asia region with possible opportunities to travel outside the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to work independently, innovative, and able to take the initiative.
  • A minimum of 7 years prior experience in event management related activities; ideally in the financial sector.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous knowledge/experience of creating and delivering digital events and conferences.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Project administration and management of workflow.
  • Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.
  • Provide effective support to the team members.
  • Have basic to intermediate knowledge of AV and event setup.
  • Have held webinars and large meetings on web-conferencing applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
