We’re looking for an all-rounded intern to join our team for the next 5 months to help scale up our startup. We put personality first before experience, so our first non-negotiables are that you ..

  • Highly self-motivated and hold strong personal values

  • You’re very responsive to messages

You also need other technical skills like:

  • Very familiar with managing social media pages (Instagram stories & Facebook)

  • Familiar with Canva

  • Familiar with managing excel spreadsheets

  • Can take aesthetically beautiful product pictures (your phone or camera)

*Bonus

  • You can shoot and edit simple vlogs (ideally on premiere pro)

  • You live near Toa Payoh

Some tools you need to have:

  • A good laptop

  • A good phone with a decent camera

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate directly with daily book donors on Facebook messenger

  • Manage book stocks and inventories once a week

  • Download product information online to excel

  • Create content for Instagram stories, take aesthetically beautiful product photos

  • Ideally, shoot and edit simple vlogs (bonus)

  • Manage partnerships and grow the community
