1. Provide administrative and coordination support to Operations team:
- Arrange dispatch and manage store correspondences
- Manage store supplies and inventories. Eg: Stationeries, Nametags/Name cards, Uniform
- Maintain a good filing system for all correspondence, invoices, contracts
- Update recording system to provide clear and accurate information of retail staffs, roster planning, staffs and store list etc
- Raise Purchase order and follow up on payment arrangement with Finance and suppliers
- Provide support in all Retail Operations activities. Eg: Stock take for all location, store opening and closure
- Coordinate new staff application and interviews with Takashimaya
- Assist and coordinate CITES application for stores
- Liaise with logistics to arrange for delivery on ad hoc basis
2. After-sales
- Liaise and coordinate repairs from store and follow up with Quality control department (Italy) on all repair shipment matters
- Consolidate store request pertaining to spare parts ordering
3. Projects
- Involvement in upcoming projects such as SOP, store opening, X-store rollout, etc.
