BPG – Business Performance Group – Intern – Management Consulting

The selected Intern will be working alongside a Senior consultant and learn about Customer Engagement, Customer Experience design, design thinking, continuous improvement, innovation, process & root cause analysis, as well as solution design. Emphasis will be made on practical application and implementation which is a weak point in most organizations. The Trainee will also support the development of new products, e.g. a performance culture assessment tool and best practice strategy deployment & operating model framework as well as cover administrative task

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a business background preferably combined with Marketing / Finance / Psychology experience
• We want Innovators and are happy to accept alternative backgrounds and experiences, people who see themselves as disruptors
• Other requirements include: Financial Analysis, PPT presentation skills, good Communication skills, Passion and ability to work independently

Scope:

• Consulting – you will work alongside a Senior Consultant to develop Proposals, research, presentations, support in workshops and facilitation as well as cover administrative & controlling tasks for a key client project
• IP development – you will lead your own project developing a BPG IP from its current state to a scalable, automated assessment tool which will be commerialised after 
• Business development – develop Marketing ideas, reseach & outreach and update Marketing materials (website, linkedin, introduction materials, case studies,…) You would run your own project. In addition, a commission will be paid to the Intern for any successful acquisition of a new client
