Job Description for Admin/Accounts Intern:

Looking for aspired, initiative and enthusiastic candidates supports the Director of the company for all the project deliverables to be performed.

Type of Job: Temporary

Experience Required:

Office Environment (Mon-Fri) Timings: 8.30 Am to 5 Pm

A. Admin Duties:

1. Deal with import process of the equipment’s & machines, Liaise with logistics for the licenses & delivery

2. Support the technical team for purchasing the lab Consumables and look for the suppliers.

3. Pay the bills of the company

4. Responsible for the smooth operational activities of the office like handling calls, emails and the visitors

5. Market research and data collection as per the requirement

6. Liaise on phone with Govt Authorities for the respective works to be carried out

7. Maintain Leave records & Payslips of every Month

B. Handling Accounts:

1) Reconciliation of bank statements and maintain the bookkeeping of Sales and Expenses Registers.

2) Liaise with Corporate Secretary & Accounting-tax Department for Financial Statements.

3) Proper Documentation of Invoices as per the bookkeeping records

4) Maintain the asset, Inventory & Consumables registry

5) GST E-filing Submissions

 

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's in business accountancy
