Job Description
Temp Training Admin Assistant Reporting Structure:

  • Supervisor(s): Assistant Training Manger and/or Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain training room and achieve a high standard of cost effectiveness and neatness

  • Maintain training facilities and equipment

  • Maintain sufficient training materials and assessment records for all courses

  • Assist in auditing of all previously completed Assessment Result form (CIR)

  • Rearranging of WSQ and training department filing system

  • Tabulate Assessment Result form upon end of classes

  • Checking for accuracy of data input into the attendance list

  • Input data into WDA required format for training grant application and SOA certificate printing

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with using MS Word and Excel

  • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude
