BreadTalk Group Corporate Affairs:
- Ensure periodic updates of corporate collaterals such as corporate slides, website and video.
- Assist VP, Corporate Affairs in reaching out to internal departments for statistical and brand related updates.
- Assist in design efforts for portal newsletter EDM as well as other ad-hoc projects.
- Assist in logistical efforts for corporate visits.
BreadTalk IHQ | Loyalty App:
- Liaise with App Agency to ensure that BreadTalk IHQ Loyalty App content is kept up to date (Latest happenings, Rewards Catalogue, Tenant information)
- Liaise with internal and external tenants to ensure that Promotions/Rewards Catalogue deals run smoothly and redemption is tracked on a timely basis.
- Daily approval of Receipt uploads from shoppers.
- Liaise with external creative to produce communication deliverables for online (Facebook) and offline (Activations and advertising collaterals) to increase overall usage and adoption rate of app.
- Evaluate monthly report to review adoption rate and user behavior.
BreadTalk IHQ | Events & Advertising:
- Manage IHQ Mall’s events and advertising space booking (Internal tenants and external vendors).
- Work with IHQ’s mall management (Knight Frank) to ensure mall amenities are in place and events and advertising set up/installation regulations are adhered to.
- Manage overall mall branding (Façade signage, Lift directories, walkway directories, thematic decoration).
- Manage thematic events and work with internal tenants for exclusive promotions (National Day, Mooncake festival and Christmas).
- Liaise with external creative to produce online (Facebook) and Offline (On ground) communication deliverables for thematic events and exclusive promotions.
- Collaborate with internal tenants and external vendors to bring it a variety of events and activities monthly to the mall to increase footfall.
- Manage IHQ’s Facebook page (Upload new content and reply to customer’s feedback) & Website (Upload new content and ensure relevant information is kept up to date).
- Produce monthly reports to update management on IHQ’s marketing and events calendar plus revenue performance.
Requirements:
- Effective written and communication skills
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- A team player with the ability to handle various projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Fluent proficiency in mandarin is preferred as required to liaise with mandarin speaking colleagues
