Job Description

During your internship, you will assist project manager in various topic, particularly HRIS projects. This included but not limited to system support, user acceptance testing, training, develop user guide for training purposes for new Attendance system go live. 

You would gain experience HR info management system, project management, change management, stakeholder management, reporting and communications through the internship. 

  • Provide first level support and resolution for HR Systems-related issues and/or requests.
  • Liaise with system vendors for issues, solutioning and enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate between HR users, payroll team and system vendor on issues, enhancements and/or CR raised.
  • Coordinate for and support Project Manager in managing timeline, requirement, and implementers on related HR projects. 
  • Conducts HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by HRIS Manager. 

Requirements:

  • Students undergoing studies in Degree in IT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Positive, proactive, willing to learn attitude, fast learner. 
  • Reliable, precise, good organization & communication skills. 
  • Preferably able to commit to a period minimum 6 months.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
