Job scope:
- Possess good pastries knowledge
- Possess basic knowledge on bakery arts, outlet flow and all production workstations
- Able to setup and perform topping
- Able to perform quality control and reject inferior products
- Able to dispense and display products in an organized manner
- Complete WSQ Basic Food Hygiene, orientation, basic kitchen training, and topping training
Requirements:
- Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to commit 6 days per week on rotating shift
- Minimum Secondary education
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
