Company Profile

We’re a nonprofit startup! It’s like being on a new adventure everyday. You’ll get to wear many hats, tackle unexpected challenges, and see the direct impact of your work. In the age of AI, it’s increasingly important for fresh grads to be resourceful and resilient. This is the place to learn it first-hand. We’re a coaching organisation, so your personal growth matters to us. Oh, and our core work is to match students with success coaches.

Job Description

Sadly, design work is severely underrated. But not by us! Design is more than making things look good. It’s about creating something of value, the art of communication, and empathy. It’s about sense-making. And making sense. You’ll get to apply design to various aspects of the organisation - from resources to marketing to strategies and even operational work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Design resources for students and coaches (not just print media). (Happy to acknowledge your contribution in the end-products.)
  2. Design marketing strategies and collaterals for the organisation.
  3. Design online engagement strategies and content.
  4. Design better processes (if you’re keen).

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

  1. To learn how to conduct ideation and brainstorming to produce design ideas.
  2. To understand first-hand how best to iterate with end-users and decision-makers in getting designs approved.
  3. To apply the principles of design to various aspects including strategies and operational functions to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. To be exposed to working nimbly in a nonprofit startup.
  5. To gain experience in applying a growth mindset and resourcefulness to everyday tasks.
