Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for insurance agents, intern and expansion of the sales team (placement of career advertisments to conducting interviews, selections, inductions, training etc.)
Assisting in administrative matters
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintain & update personnel file
Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job
Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements

Working experience in the related field is an advantage
Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
Competent with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and organize to handle multiple tasks
.At least 16 years old
Full-Time and Temporary position(s) available
