Breathe – Lead Data Scientist

They working towards a technology in easing the logistical nightmare that companies or individuals go through on a daily basis. They are looking for enthusiastic and passionate engineers to join their team to constantly revolutionise their products and services 

What you will do: 

• Developing strategies for Data Science
• Working closely with product teams and other data scientists to drive personalization at scale across multiple product lines 
• Working on innovative ideas to grow supply and demand
• Helping to build next gen recommendation
• Hiring and collaborating with a high quality team of Data Scientists in generating recommendation models
• Giving recommendations to the system
• Building of experimentation culture at company-wide level so it can help team grow
• Provide guidance to others in analyzing and extracting useful insights and initiatives from a large amount of structured and unstructured data 
• Optimise the APIs for recommendation system

What you will need: 

• Extensive amount of data science experience, especially in e-commerce or marketplace 
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and mathematical underpinnings including concepts of clustering classification, deep neural network, optimization and natural language processing. 
• The ability to provide solutions to business problems in a cross functional team and guide team members to deliver the meaningful results 
• Experience in Python, SQL, and a machine learning/.
• Knowing how to and passionate about building recommendation models
• Experience in working on production ready code and knowledge on CI/CD
• Has experience managing a team.
