PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an independent Project Management Executive to be a part of our daily grind! We rely heavily on our project management executive, thus is role in integral to our daily operations to ensure the smooth delivery of every project. You will be responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short and long-term projects. Project Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.

Project Management

• Management of all ongoing projects, ensuring that all projects meet the all timelines requested by the clients
• Recruitment of part-timers and drivers whenever needed
• Maintaining good relationship with all suppliers, vendors and clients.
• Management of the budget and to account for all of finances for each project, and ensuring that the company maximises profitability.
• Prepare budgeting and financial statements for each project to facilitate payments and salaries.
• To liaise with clients to prepare the briefs from the clients.

Operations Management & Optimisation

• Understanding the whole spectrum of the company’s operations.
• Analysing and proposing the best option for the company to be effective in their operations.
• Training of part-timers and creating processes to automate and to maximise effectiveness.
• To provide support for on the ground work wherever necessary.

Requirements

• Prefer someone who can work independently and in a team
• Must be proficient in excel and doing up proposals
• Must be okay with management of people and work on relationship building
• Must be okay with hectic schedules
