Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistic support to the Regional Sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintenance of client contact list; newsletter mailing list
Liaise with clients to secure sales engagement schedules and market info
Book hotels and flights for business travels
Provide all other business support to the Regional Sales team
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma from local polytechnic, of any discipline is fine
Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel
Positive and cheerful disposition
Good communication in English
Good team player and be able to work well under pressure
Able to start work immediately
