Job Description

1. Assisting in FI related issues listed but not limited to,

  • Daily payment collection and daily encashment for field engineers
  • Collection of outstanding AR from B2B, project & end customers
  • Prepare and sending of SOA / Monthly Reminders / Final Reminders
  • Processing of Refunds/Exchange requests (Walk-in, Field, Online, CEW etc)
  • Payments consolidation and closing
  • Matching of payments and validation
  • Assist in preparation of monthly accounting report for management reviews

2. Business Service and Back Office Support

  • Draft quotations or cost estimate for parts and service works
  • Assisting in service partners invoicing, billing and claims processing
  • Handling project and /or customer service requests
  • Supporting Project business orders as required
  • Back office administrative activities and front office showroom stand-in when needed
  • System transaction to close orders and/ or supporting service partner closing

3. Administrative work/ Support

  • Purchasing duties (Eg. Replenishments of office supplies)
  • Support closing encashment in R2P, when needed
  • Support Matching of payments and validation, when needed
  • General Archiving of paperworks (Physically & digitally)
  • AOB

4. Experience at Service shop

  • Serve walk-in customers
  • Perform sales transactions in shop

Able to start work in Jan/Feb 2023, for 6 months.
