1. Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments, cost estimates and actual invoices.
2. Assist in preparation of monthly accounting and service KPI reports for management review.
3. Daily Cash, Electronic transfers and credit card reconciliation & matching.
4. Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting.
5. Work collaboratively with customer service back office, contact centre, accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.
6. Generating invoices and account statements for End consumers/ B2B customers, Extended Warranty Programs and project billing, ad hoc
7. Reminder emails and calls to customer to resolve payment.8. Work on projects to improve & streamline account receivable, reporting and accounts receivable processes.
- Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
- No experience required.
- 5 days’ work week (Monday - Friday)
