Assisting in FI related issues listed but not limited to,
- Daily payment collection and daily encashment for field engineers
- Collection of outstanding AR from B2B, project & end customers
- Prepare and sending of SOA / Monthly Reminders / Final Reminders
- Processing of Refunds/Exchange requests (Walk-in, Field, Online, CEW etc)
- Payments consolidation and closing
- Matching of payments and validation
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounting report for management reviews

Business Service and Back Office Support
- Draft quotations or cost estimate for parts and service works
- Assisting in service partners invoicing, billing and claims processing
- Handling project and /or customer service requests
- Supporting Project business orders as required
- Back office administrative activities and front office showroom stand-in when needed
- System transaction to close orders and/ or supporting service partner closing

Administrative work/ Support
- Purchasing duties (Eg. Replenishments of office supplies)
- Support closing encashment in R2P, when needed
- Support Matching of payments and validation, when needed
- General Archiving of paperworks (Physically & digitally)
- AOB

Qualifications/Requirements
Local Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Business Admin
