Established in 2011, Bubbly Books is a boutique children’s book publishing company. We create fun-to-read books that are filled with learning moments. Written by Singaporean authors, our books are parent-approved and recommended by teachers. In the last few years, we have produced eight national bestselling titles and received more than 10 award nominations. Our books have been turned into animated features as well as live action dramas on TV. 

Job Description

What you can look forward to:

  • An insight into company known for creating bestsellers
  • Marketing books and programs to MOE schools
  • Preparing information for new clients (mainly tuition centers), such as quotations, product images and artwork designs
  • Hosting or assisting with client consultation meetings
  • Creating engaging social media content, including photography and graphic design
  • Using an understanding of strategic marketing to update and create offline marketing materials such as product catalogues, POS displays and signage
  • Contributing to new marketing initiatives such as book launches and book sales
  • Managing marketing databases and administration of marketing activities
  • General support to the Business Development Lead, including managing online sales
  • Flexible on-site and work-from-home schedule can be discussed

What we are looking for:

  • An individual who has a love for books and publishing, is entrepreneurial and passionate about business management and development
  • Friendly, loves interacting with others and taking up sales calls; customer-centric and self-driven in engaging stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities in a lean team
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous
