Job Description

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the Technical Talent Sourcing Centre in building and growing a robust cross-country and multidisciplinary database of technical profiles to be proposed to commercial projects of Bureau Veritas across South East Asia and Pacific.
  • Monitor the sourcing platform to boost candidate applications by posting jobs on the variety of recruitment channels globally like Indeed, Monster, Linkedin and Glassdoor…
  • Do partnership with key stakeholders in identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications for each specific project.
  • Take full responsibility for the whole recruitment process, from searching, screening, hiring to selection, ensuring the manpower supply is delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and local HR during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Be able to collect and interpret recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Play a key role in employer branding, promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and company policies.

 

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of technical recruitment experience, including 2-3 years of managing teams of recruiters/researchers/resources, is essential for this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a in Recruitment Agency/ Headhunting Services/ Building & Infrastructure/ Oil&Gas/ Renewable Energy companies
  • Experience with various recruitment channels and sourcing tools, hands-on in using social media platforms for brand promotion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good at managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring timely delivery
  • Operated in a matrix / multi-cultural environment.
  • Pleasant but business-like personality
  • Strong management, motivation and organization skills
