Job Description
1. Registration and verification of applications and documents
2. Assist applicants/visitors with their appointments
3. Answer phone calls where necessary
4. Any other administrative duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service is provided to our customers
Requirements
- Minimum O-Levels qualification
- Must possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Be detail-oriented
Other Information
- 5-day work week (0750h - 1735h)
- Good staff welfare such as meal subsidies
- Training will be provided
