Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives at Cleverly SG. This internship will provide hands-on experience in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the development of sales strategies. You will work closely with our Business Development team, gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of client acquisition and partnership building in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and partnership opportunities
  • Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients
  • Support the team in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Assist in preparing client reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up materials
  • Participate in meetings with prospective clients and take notes for actionable follow-ups
  • Help in tracking business development metrics, sales pipelines, and reporting on performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development initiatives with marketing efforts
  • Assist in general administrative duties related to business development projects

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus but not required
