This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working in a large multinational organisation with a global Communications team across the Group for internal and external communications. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a fast-paced, global and high performing team culture. We work hard but we like to have fun too!
- Updating corporate websites and intranet
- Writing short communication pieces for employee communications
- Writing for and coordinating materials for corporate publications
- Designing communication materials such posters, videos, and photo reels
- Planning, drafting and creating content for BW LinkedIn Pages
- Liaising with BW’s partners and affiliate companies
- Supporting the creation of proposals and programme communications to key stakeholders
- Conducting research to support communication needs (eg. vendor comparison)
- Any admin and/or ad-hoc tasks as appropriate
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Able to multitask and work across multiple projects and platforms.
- Meticulous with a high attention to detail
- Strong cultural and social awareness
- Creative with a good eye for detail and design
- Keen interest to learn and develop one’s personal and professional capabilities
- Comfortable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with social media (LinkedIn)
- Experience in Canva content creation
- Available to commit at least 3 months, from January 2024
