This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working within a large multinational organisation on global HR projects that support talent development and employee experiences, and a global Communications team across the Group for internal and external communications. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a challenging and supportive environment where you can practice new skills and gain valuable experiences.
Global projects you will support:
- Group-wide senior leadership development programme
- Diversity, inclusion and belonging training pilot for seafarers
- Diversity, inclusion and belonging training for managers and employees
- Well-being webinars for all employees
Responsibilities:
- Organising and scheduling learning events
- Drafting communication pieces
- Updating company website and intranet
- Drafting content for social media platforms
- Vendor liaison and management
- Supporting the creation of proposals and programme communications to key stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming & organising employee engagement programs
- Recommend improvements to HR processes
- Any other adhoc tasks as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Meticulous and eye for detail
- Keen interest to learn and develop one’s personal and professional capabilities
- Comfortable in using Microsoft Office suite
- Availability of at least 3 months, to start in June
