This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working within a purpose driven multinational organisation on global HR projects that support learning & development and employee experiences across the Group. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a challenging and supportive environment where you can practice new skills and gain valuable experiences.
Global projects you will support:
Group-wide leadership development programmes
Diversity, inclusion and belonging training for sea and shore based employees
Employee engagement and well-being programmes
Learning opportunities from this internship:
Understand what is involved in developing and running group-wide development programmes
Liaise with multiple external partners who support the success of our programmes
Communicate with participants internationally to support their learning experience
Develop learning and engagement content for employees
Support invoice processing of learning and development projects
Learn from a supportive HR team to development broader knowledge of HR
Any other adhoc tasks as appropriate
Qualifications
Keen interest to learn and develop one’s personal and professional capabilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation skills
Well versed in using Microsoft Office suite
Minimum commitment of 3 months
