  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives, including attending job fairs and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding projects.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and analyze metrics to improve strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
