For businesses, BYKidO offers multiple touchpoints for them reach an audience of parents with intent, so as to contribute to a successful marketing and advertising campaign.

Job Description

This role offers you the opportunity to manage and expand BYKidO’s business relationships across new and existing partners. You will be tasked with managing partnerships across multiple segments and to build on new opportunities.

You will engage with suitable business through BYKidO’s offerings, and work closely with internal stakeholders (Community Managers, Writers and Content Creators) to expand relationships with these businesses so as to create winning partnerships that include opportunities for revenue, community building and content creation.

Your success is measured on increasing the level of engagement with our partners including their participation in BYKidO’s free listings, engaging in co-marketing opportunities, and taking up paid advertising on our channels.

This role is not a “count the hours” type of role. While we expect you to work hard, you will be given the autonomy and space to work in your style as long as they are in-line with the company’s objectives.

The office is located at Blk 75 Ayer Raja Crescent. However, the role allows you to work from home on selected days.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • To contact businesses via cold calling and warm leads to introduce BYKidO’s free and paid offerings
  • To maintain and update a master list of businesses with contact details, proper segmentation and tiering
  • To understand BYKidO’s offerings, and to structure our offerings to best suit each partner’s requirements and meet our objectives
  • To manage requests of new and existing partners, including changing data on the platform, creating listings on the App, etc
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders, and be the liaison between BYKidO’s internal resources and the businesses
  • To support the activities of internal stakeholders where necessary.
