CA Search is representing a non - ferrous metal trading company. Looking for suitable talents to fulfil a 6 months to 1 year contract position.
Management office lease and moving
Manage company name plate and seal
Manage fixed assets, office supplies such as stationery and pantry and maintain office environment including office insurance
Cover the required administration, reception and operation duties such as office, HR, related inquires
Business travels meeting arrangement and coordination
Manage IT assets, software license, etc. and communicate with IT team on IT related issues including any IT error
Data entry of oracle for SGD expenses and arrange payments for SGD expenses
Event Management for Team events and large-scale meetings/seminars
Act as first point of call and an efficient gate-keeper for office, both for internal and external contacts, managing all incoming postal correspondence
Ad hoc Business Development, Office Administration, and project support duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or equivalent
2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Possess excellent work ethics when handling confidential and sensitive data
Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail Excellent stakeholder management skills
