SUMMARY
You will assist the Directors and work with established portfolio of IT clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database system and other job portals
THE ROLE
Source and screen highly skilled professionals to match client requirements permanent opportunities
Build a network of active and passive technology professionals through sourcing using our inhouse candidate database system, referrals and job posting
Conduct thorough phone interviews to effectively match candidates’ qualifications and job requirements given by the Client.
Facilitate and finalize agreements between Candidate and Client
Assist in strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
Post jobs on various job portals (CA Website, JobStreet, LinkedIn etc.)
Format JDs and CVs into company’s standard template
Complete and update client and candidate details in internal database for maximum efficiency
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
