Cadence was established in 2017 by Joyce Zhao Li, offering HR consultancy in various industries such as retail, food and beverages, manufacturing just to name a few. Cadence was also established to provide practical training. This unique teaching concept was created based on the vast learning experiences of another director Jerry Li.
Cadence offers consulting services for organizations in HR management. Through our services, we aim to help businesses optimize productivity, improve profitability and strive for business excellence. Cadence's goal is to help clients establish new benchmarks and footprints in their operations, thereby leading to higher growth and transformational business opportunities.
We're seeking an individual with a positive attitude and mindset to support our HR matters. As an HR Intern, you will be given an opportunity to have a hands-on experience to take part in consulting projects. Our services range from job redesign, recruitment, performance management, employee learning and development etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take part in HR projects
- Communicate with clients and the project team to understand project requirements and project scope.
- Participate in projects like Job Redesign, Recruitment, Com & Ben, Performance Management, and Training.
- Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
- Monitor project status to meet completion timelines.
- Assisting other HR consultants with their projects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate with both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients
- A strong willingness to learn
