Calvary Carpentry is looking for an intern with an eye for detail and a spirit of challenge. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a great attitude and be eager to learn about marketing strategies.

Your Task
Supporting the Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Assisting the Marketing Manager to collate copy and images for the season brochure
Creating news releases for distribution to press networks
Organizing and overseeing of print and direct mail campaigns
Liaising with visiting theatre companies to source flyers, posters and marketing packs, and manage stock control of print room
Coordinating reciprocal marketing activity with other venues and theatre companies
Submitting online and offline listings and continually researching new opportunities
Supporting the Marketing Manager with setting up and circulating special offers
Coordinating with Web Designers on Calvary Carpentry’s digital marketing campaigns
Playing an active role in updating and developing all digital media
Regularly updating copy and images on the website using the content management system
Creating and sending regular Email Blast using Your Mailing List Provider
Developing and maintaining all aspects of Calvary Carpentry's social media applications including Facebook, You Tube and Twitter
Producing monthly tracking reports using Google Analytics, email and social media analysis tools
Requirements
Singaporean or PR only
Good interpersonal communication skills
Goal-driven and steps up to the challenge
Good writing skills
